「世界には"The God"が存在するか?」
「この世界は"The God"が作ってくださった」
「そうそう、キリスト教もユダヤ教もイスラム教も"The God"を信じているんだよね」

A squirrel living in the backyard looks much bigger than before.
Before winter, it may actually get fat against the coldness, but it looks a little bigger than that big.
I just saw another one? But they rather strictly keep each territory of theirs and it seldom changes.
Was it because I have changed something in my mind?
What kind of mentally change made me look it much bigger?

When my English teacher was explaining the word of "hut" a week ago, she said,
"In the world, some people live in it because they are poor."
I tried to object against her but swallow what I wanted to say.
When I discussed about it with her, it would lead me to seem foolish as if I insisted "Poor people have a good mind". I hate it.
So I calmed myself down with thinking "If I compare the annual income of my family with that of a family who lives in a hut, my family's will come quite higher than theirs". "And besides, I will refuse if I am asked to live in a hut", which means what I tried to say would become empty words.
And she is an about-80-year-old woman. Such a discussion often ends up in beating the other person. If she beats me, I will feel annoyed, and if I beat her, I feel sorry for her. The other staff there sometimes seem to take care of her a little rather than they respect her.
I still object against her at some points. One of them is her persisting about polygamy.
I kept a diary on my site before about her words about polygamy among Muslims.
When we studied from a kids' picture book about Christmas at yesterday's class, a Cambodian girl who is 24 years old asked,
"In the world, the God exists......?"
She is a Christian but she had little know about Cristianity until she started to go to Bible study in the U.S.A. a few months ago.
I thought she was asking if the God's existence is the truth for all human beings in the world. Was she asking if it is a scientific truth?
The teacher who always says "God made this world" looked not to know what answer to make at the time. She looked confused.
How did she spend her life as a university student about 60 years ago? Then, how did she feel the main atmosphere around her? Didn't people believe science and technology? Didn't they think these things must improve their life in their near and far future and it would continue forever?
Both the scientific thought of the world and the religious thought of the world must be in her brain. They exist in parallel to each other with no conflict like they are on different dimensions in her head. She chooses the proper one of these two on each occasion unconsciouly, doesn't she?
In a moment, I said,
"It depends on each person. ......It depends on what the people believe in"
And then, I picked up Christianity, Islam and Jew for examples of religions which has the conception of "The God".
"Christians see divinity in Jesus. They regard Jesus the same as the God. Muslims see him as one of prophets but no divinity. And I don't know about Jewish people."
I tried to make her understand but I don't know she did.
"......Yes. They all believe in the God"
The teacher agreed with me. And she tried to explain differences among the three religions, but she didn't know about Jew, either, and tried to talk about differences between Christianity and Islam.
"Islam allows them to have 1, 2, 3, 4...many wives but in our Bible, we have only one wife or one husband"
I didn't swallow what I wanted to say this time because I did so last time. I said,
"But they have their own reasons. And they believe in the same God"
And I ended up her words with it. I felt little mental stress this time.
I remembered the whole conversation on the way home. I have started to think it is natural she doesn't like polygamy. She is a woman in the Western culture of modern times. How about me? I persist in polygamy more than she does, don't I? I must persist in Islam more than I persist in polygamy, and Bangladesh more than Islam.

And Rolo who is a relative of the Cambodian girl persisted in
- France controled Cambodia for 100 years.
- Cambodian and Japanese (and the people of many other countries in East or Southeast Asia) have the same origin.
Why?
